Recorded in the kitchen of her Echo Park bungalow on a Tascam cassette 8-track with longtime collaborator Guy Blakeslee, the album embraces minimalist, home-recorded intimacy while exploring sonic worlds spanning Paisley Underground, 60s girl groups, proto-punk, lo-fi folk and surrealist psych-pop.
